• Contracted to independently develop RenegadeAI for a client, delivering a production web application now used by 29 users across four small companies and accessed in 72 sessions during a recent week.
• Designed the full product stack: chat-based user interface, Supabase database and vector storage, authentication, n8n agent workflows, REST API integrations, and Cloudflare deployment.
• Created an automated evaluation loop that uses client feedback to test, score, review, and revise AI system prompts; implemented evaluations with Promptfoo and custom scripts.
• Tested RAG retrieval accuracy and response timing using n8n and Supabase vector search, then adjusted retrieval and prompting behavior based on results.
• Continuously validated 23 CRM tools for correct tool selection, API arguments, permissions, data retrieval, record updates, email actions, task management, and calendar scheduling.
• Performed adversarial prompt-injection testing with Promptfoo and investigated nondeterministic failures including malformed JSON, missing tool calls, incorrect API paths, session-state issues, and inconsistent agent behavior.
• Delivered business value through personality-aware email drafting, company brand-voice content, and a conversational CRM interface that reduces the effort required to manage contacts, communications, schedules, and daily tasks.
• Used Roo Code in VS Code as an agentic development partner to accelerate frontend implementation, troubleshoot unfamiliar systems, automate repetitive work, and learn new technologies while remaining responsible for implementation, validation, and deployment.
